libcpd.lib(iostream.obj) : error LNK2005: "public: __thiscall std::ios_base::Init::Init(void)" ([EMAIL PROTECTED]@std@@[EMAIL PROTECTED]) already defined in msvcprtd.lib(MSVCP60D.dll)
I have never actually used a Windows compiler, those HowTos were kindly contributed by a PNGwriter user. However, it would seem that the problem lies in correctly specifying what libraries to use and where to find them. Or something like that :-)
See if at some point you are not including two libraries (iostream.obj and MSVCP60D.dll ) that define the same symbols.
