Arnd, First, my sincere apologies for not approving your message to the list sooner. I normally keep an eye out for the true post notifications among all the spam, but yours (and someone else's) slipped by recently.
Your Mandelbrot explorer is great! I think it's a fantastic idea. If you can assure me the link will stay fixed, I'll link to it from PNGwriter's home page. Would that be ok? One complaint: please never, NEVER resize a user's browser window. It drives me nuts. You may still use tabless windows, but I use Firefox and often have many tabs open in the same window, which means that no singe tab should dictate the size of my window.
