About the cl_platform.h patch, if I recall correctly, these files
come from Khronos. They (more or less recently) update them. Perhaps,
using the last version would work instead of patching an old version
of them locally.
Note: I do not test anything with the new Khronos headers and pocl yet.
Note bis: these latest khronos opencl headers have been packaged into
Debian and can be found here :
http://packages.debian.org/source/unstable/khronos-opencl-headers
but the Debian package patch them to fix a typo and adds some
declaration/extensions :
http://patch-tracker.debian.org/package/khronos-opencl-headers/1.2-2012.11.30-1
