Pekka, and POCL developers,

We are internally discussing the possibility of pushing POCL release to 
make it OCL fully complaint.
In order to do that, we need to understand the current situation of 
POCL, and estimate the amount of work needed.

A quick grep of lib/CL shows quite a few POCL_ABORT_UNIMPLEMENTED are 
still floating around.
I will focus on getting these missing parts evaluated 1st.
