I didn't understand how to upload a tarball to launchpad. I created a
milestone, but that didn't help. I can now either create a release
(probably don't want to do that), or "configure code hosting" (probably
also not what I'm looking for).
I uploaded the tarball to SourceForge. They have a nice "Add File" button,
and also provide download counters.
