If the files are in the repository, but are missing in the release tarball,
then you would add them to lib/kernel/Makefile.am in the "obvious" place.
Saying "make dist" in the main directory will re-create the tarball,
allowing you to test this.
Otherwise, if the files are missing in the repository, we have a larger
problem.
It may also be that the issue is about path names. The file get_work_dim.bc
should be automatically generated from get_work_dim.ll, but should live one
directory further up from where pocl is looking for it (i.e. it lives in
x86_64/..).
