In the configure output you sent I see the following lines:
configure:16165: WARNING: Your LLVM was not built with RTTI.
You should rebuild LLVM with 'make REQUIRES_RTTI=1'.
See the INSTALL file for more information.
This may lead to problems later on, but shouldn't influence whether acos.cc
is found.
Can you also send me the files "Makefile" that were generated by configure
in the lib/kernel and lib/kernel/x86_64 directories? They should contain
the necessary pointers to vecmathlib/pocl, where acos.cc is located.
