Agree, with both Pekka and Eric,

Ultimately, the root fix should be inside clang.
For now, a fix is needed to twick around define/ifdef/typedef/..., to 
make POCL/ARM work.

Clang may not respond to our request. In that case, we may need to 
provide a patch for their review.
