And the ABI to the kernel/WG function should be fixed anyways
(pass all parameters as pointers to get 1:1 mapping with clSetKernelArgs)
to fix the issue with varying ABIs and scalar arguments. The call itself
is done by a launcher function that loads the argument data from
"argument space" and calls the WG function.
