Hi PoCL devs,
My name is Lef, I'm a grad student from MIT CSAIL and I'm working on
improving Halide. Specifically I'm working on loop parallelization and
building better loop optimizations. I noticed PoCL has got a Halide folder
in your examples section but haven't managed to compile any Halide code
using PoCL. What kind of stuff do you do with Halide?
What I want to do is extend the llvm IR that both Halide and PoCL use to
include some parallel annotations that will make optimization easier. Let
me know if you have any pointers or things you would want to see
implemented in the IR level. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Lef Ioannidis
