Werkzeug is a web-framework-framework, and Zine is a web-application, so there is a missing web-framework in the space between them.
Glashammer pulls many useful things out of Zine and adds some useful features, but the libraries are not strictly compatible, and there is still tons of good stuff still buried in Zine. Does anyone else see any benefit in having an official Pocoo web- framework?
