starting a server with "use_reloader=True" in windows XP fails due to
this problem:
ine 420, in restart_with_reloader
for key, value in new_environ:
ValueError: too many values to unpack
To fix this error, change this line:
for key, value in new_environ:
TO
for key, value in new_environ.iteritems():
