It's not completely dead, but pretty much. Werkzeug 1.0 will deprecate
the builtin templates which means that the Werkzeug debugger will have
to switch to other means of templating which is a good indication that
the debugger will finally move into a package and that will be Flickzeug.
But the idea of expanding the project to do other things is kinda dead
because we are lacking resources to do that. In case someone chimes in,
we would like to revive it.
