This is implemented now in the development version. The feature is
called operator interception and the only documentation so far is the
testcase in the testsuite (security.py at the bottom).
In case you come up with some sensible example interceptions that work
for you I would like to add this either to the documentation as example
or even ship another environment subclass similar to the
ImmutableSandboxedEnvironment.
