Jinja and jquery don't have any special interaction with each other,
by the time jquery executes, all you have is plain HTML, the template
language is out of the picture.
Do you see any javascript errors when you run your code? I see this:
Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'effect'
Because of this line:
$('#tr635').effect("highlight", {}, 3000);
"effect" looks like it comes from jquery UI. Are you including that in
your page somewhere?
