Seems like this is a really old thread but anyway,

I was searching for a list of *Werkzeug based frameworks* and this is the 
only result I found, but the link is broken.
I also asked a Stack Overflow 
question<http://stackoverflow.com/questions/16710303/which-python-web-frameworks-are-based-on-the-werkzeug-library>about
 that, but so far 
*Flask* is the only answer.
