It uses Pod::Parser and the CGI script just prints the result to STDOUT.

What would you suggest it be called? Pod::Html and Pod::HTML are already
taken. Pod::HtMl seems a bit odd :-) Is the aim to replace Pod::Html with
something else? (I do have a CPAN Id).
