Pod::Parser already supports this in v1.10

Please put them on CPAN. Once 5.6 "goes public" I'll be splitting out
several things from the PodParser package, in particular most of of
the pod2xxx clients (including their Pod::Xxxx counterparts). At that
point PodParser will really only have Pod::{Parser,InputObjects,Select}
and possibly Pod::ParseUtils.
Thanks!
