This was a very minor release, sent out primarily to include a new TODO
file in the distribution, which I'll mail to pod-people in a moment.
However, it does have one fix for a long-standing problem I've been
meaning to deal with for a while, namely that putting a URL inside L<> did
something totally wrong.
