Sooner or later I'll stop making dumb little documentation mistakes and
thereby stop having to release new versions for a bit. :) Includes the
fallback patch for Pod::Text::Termcap on VMS so that the CPAN distribution
will stay in sync with the one in Perl core, and fixes the NAME section of
Pod::ParseLink.
