Hm, I was just now thinking about that Tk::Pod module.  I think the only
significant drawback to something based on Tk for MSWin, is that
ActiveState Perl doesn't come with Tk.  Altho installing it is just a
matter of running "ppm install Tk".
Does anyone know how to generate Microsoft .hlp files without having to use
that help compiler program (hcf or whatever it's called)?  Since all MSWin
dists understand .hlp, it'd be a neat trick if we could figure out just
enough of .hlp to be able to translate Pod to it.
