There is an old one, called pod2ps (!) somewhere on the net. It is (was) maintained by Alan Fry <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. My version is from 1996, but still works - though not with pods that use newish freatures. It insists on putting its output in the same directory as the pod-file, which is a bit of a bother, and must be patched to work with perl5.6.0 and newer (there is a sub called 'INIT' somewhere in it). It should be somewhere on CPAN <tap tap tap> - ah yes: in author JPRAVETZ's directory. AJFRY has a pod::pdf module on CPAN.
