It's a framework where you can add your own parsers and your own output generators. By default, you have normal POD parser and my own extended version. As output you currently get plain POD and HTML. Because of this framework, it may be not that easy to see where you should start to read (I have to do something about that), but I advice everyone to start with reading about my extended version on http://perl.overmeer.net/oodoc/html/OODoc::Parser::Markov/index.html and then click a little around that set of webpages to see what is all automatically produced...
