I believe you are mistaken -- or that you are using an old version of perldoc. http://api.metacpan.org/source/MALLEN/Pod-Perldoc-3.17/lib/perldoc.pod The SYNOPSIS contents are indented. Someone earlier in the thread noted that this has not always been the case. The pod2_ programs seem blameless, here. -- rjbs
