Interesting. But some problems with it.

1. It breaks old parsers.

2. Does not allow for full POD specifications in cells. That is, you
cannot put a verbatim paragraph or a `=over/=item/=back` list in a cell.
(You also can't nest tables but we may not want to go there.)
