The relevant code is in PdfMemDocument::InitFromParser:
if(PdfError::DebugEnabled())
{
PdfOutputDevice debug( &(std::cout) );
pTrailer->Write( &debug );
}
So this should never be emitted if you call PdfError::EnableDebug( false );
before.
