I'm trying to imitate the "Extend Features in Adobe Reader" functionality in
Adobe PDF maker. What that function does is to include a 'perms' dictionary in
the PDF file to allow users of Acrobat free reader some additional
functionalities.
With PoDoFo, I tried PDFEncrypt, but found that it creates an Encrypt
dictionary which doesn't have the same effect even when I enable all
permissions in PoDoFo.
Is there a way to add a perms dictionary similar to PDF maker using PoDoFo? it
is not straight forward since the UR3 dictionary which resides inside the perms
dictionary contains some encrypted contents.
