Acrobat/Reader report an appropriate error.
The page has no resource dictionaries, so it can't find the fonts and images
referenced.

Hi All.
I'm having an issue with the InsertPages() call. I have a PDF (a template
form, if you will) that I am adding to a new document and partially filing out
(by placing text over it). However, the PDF ends up looking vaguely right, but
with the completely wrong font. When I say completely wrong, I mean the
characters don't even match..
Here's what it looks like in chrome: You can see the structure is right, but
the characters are all kinds of wrong:
