Dominik, I just had a thought.  When I'm building podofo, I'm
doing it on a linux box that does NOT already have it installed.
"/usr/local/include" lacks any podofo headers.  Maybe its working on
your server because g++ is finding your installed headers and not
failing to (mis)find the shipped ones.
