Hi Eric,

I am not sure if the annotation API is so complete. Sometimes it is a
good idea to first look the annotation kind up in the PDF Reference
from Adobe and see what objects and dictionary params you need.
Afterwards you can compare it to the objects generated by
PdfAnnotation.
