Greetings!
I've been using this library to annotate PDF's and all was working fine until a
user reported that japanese characters weren't saved correctly, and indeed
that's the case
if i try to save
日本語注釈のテスト
it gets stored as
报本語注é⁄‹ã†®ã…ƒã‡¹ã…‹
what am i doing wrong here? how should i save this kind of text??
