Having trouble loading 0.9.4 on the Ubuntu 12.04 build environment.  I am
getting the error below.  Build using:

cd podofo-0.9.4
mkdir build
cd build
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local  ../
make


PdfMemoryManagement.cpp:133:16: error: ‘SIZE_MAX’ was not declared in this
scope
