Hi,
that's a long time, my memory is rusty, though, if I recall correctly,
the problem was that the underline was not properly shown for those
fonts. The numbers were not made out of blue, it was taken from some
other fonts. I'm not sure, maybe the latest Adobe Reader in that time
exhibited the issue on a Windows machine. Again, my memory is rusty.
