if I recall correctly, the first signature is not fully invalidated.
When you switch the document to the version before the second signature
(the Acrobat Reader allows it), then the signature is shown as valid.
Patches are welcome, as always, even it can take time to be applied
here, which is a pita.
Anyway, you can study the PDF standard and try to figure out what
precisely the Acrobat Reader doesn't like on the second document change
that it claims the first signature invalid. Or, if you've a software,
which can sign the document twice (as with a document update) and
Acrobat shows both signatures as valid, then generating a simple sample
document (minimum size, with base14 fonts or even with no text, just a
drawn line), then it can help (the document cannot be linearized, to
follow what the PoDoFo uses).
