Hello,

the actual data of /Contents is a byte array (encoded as an
hexadecimal string, in your example) is historically/often a PKCS7
signature. This is described in "12.8.3.3 PKCS#7 Signatures as used in
ISO 32000" in ISO 32000-1:2008. Nowadays the signatures are CMS[1]
(Cryptographic Message Syntax) structures (often they are compatible
with PKCS#7) as described in "12.8.3.4 CAdES signatures as used in
PDF" in ISO 32000-2:2020. podofosign tool and litePDF[1] have examples
dealing with PKCS7 structures.
