Hi,
I have tried running followtail.perl on Windows NT with POE 0.15 and get the
following error:
perl -w followtail.perl
Can't set the handle non-blocking: Unknown error at
C:/perl/site/lib/POE/Kernel.pm line 2304.
The offending section in Kernel.pm goes...
# Make the handle stop blocking, the Windows way.
if ($^O eq 'MSWin32') {
my $set_it = "1";
# 126 is FIONBIO (some docs say 0x7F << 16)
ioctl( $handle,
0x80000000 | (4 << 16) | (ord('f') << 8) | 126,
$set_it
) or die "Can't set the handle non-blocking: $!";
}
Has anyone seen this before or knows (even vaguely) how to deal with this?
