There's really no way you could do the Freenet protocol in Perl without a
lot of C libs backing you up. You've got to be able to deal with MPIs,
and do DSA, ElGamal, Diffie-Helman, Rijndael, Twofish, and SHA1.
The Freenet Client Protocol, otoh, would be a piece of cake, but you have
to have a Freenet node installed of course.
