Forwarding input from a listening-socket to IRC

Hello list,

  how can i forward input from a listening socket to IRC?

  IRC and the socket are both working, but when i send a message which
  comes from the socket to the irc-session it shows up as

  _default -- privmsg #test test

  and is not send to IRC.

  What am I doing wrong? If you need more info, plz write.
