Okay... its me again :)
I'm now attempting to do what I was trying to do before (incorrectly).
Here's the new code...
1) accept a socket connection
2) if the string "test" is sent across then...
3) use POE::Wheel::Run to fork off a process
4) have the output on stdout generate and event which prints the output
of the child process
I'm going slowly insane trying to figure out why my code doesn't work.
My call to POE::Wheel::Run appears to be working, because I'm getting a
value for $wheel->ID and $wheel->PID. However, I can't get the output
from my forked process (a call to /bin/ls) to show up anywhere. I have
StdoutEvent set in my call to POE::Wheel::Run->new, can't seem to figure
out what I'm doing wrong.
Anyone want to take a stab at it?
