More information :
"whois" work well when I call it in a channel, but doesn't work when I call
it when a nick has just Sign on the server ...
I take the information by the StatServ bot and the only thing i get is the
irc_318 (whois_end).
I've tried to put a sleep(10) before calling the whois but it doesn't seems
to work better ...
