I mean as a description language, not for modelling.  Something was
mentioned about a programmatic way of describing interfaces to be used
during runtime, or I misinterpreted.  That said,  SOAP or parts of it
may be useful, since much code has been written already.  UDDI may be
useful for locating resources on the network.
