I'll document this on POE's web site in a few minutes.

It would help me out a lot if new bugs (and unresolved old issues)
could be re/posted through the tracker rather than to the list.

The tracker will send an e-mail confirmation for each request.  It
also lets you know when someone begins working on the problem, its
changing status as work progresses, and finally when (and how) it is
resolved.

I get an organized list of outstanding issues rather than a mailbox
full of pending messages.  Plus anyone with a CPAN ID can accept and
address tasks.  Hint-hint.  :)
