No worries.  This was advance notice of changes that are only being
applied to the current CVS tree (0.2301).  They still must go through
a release candidate or two (0.2302) before they make it to the CPAN
(0.24).

I'll make the error messages remind people to upgrade their
components.

I'll also be testing the changes against all the /^POE::/ components
on the CPAN.  I'll submit bug reports for the ones that have problems.
