heh did you really search for it? there's a very simple example in the
distro of the IRC module, get the source for it and there you go :D
the main problem with this thing is that it can't do resume...
i did program the resume part but got blocked by the fact that somehow
the transfers done after the resume aren'T the same as before...
the packet sizes change, and in most cases i need to add a \n at the end
of the incoming lines (which wasn't needed before) and the problem i got
stuck on is the 'most cases'
since no one could explain me that strange behaviour i stopped trying to
solve it (i am wondering how the xchat and other clients cope with this,
but no one ever tryed to explain to me what's supposed to happen...)
so if you want that code, no prob, as sayd its working in 'most cases'
(= 65%)
