Ignore my questions etc.

It seems like ppm for some reason intalled some things into a non existing E: drive and others into the correctly existing C: drive hence I get the following contradictory results:

C:\>ppm3 upgrade http://osdn.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/poe/POE.ppd
POE 0.2302: up to date.

C:\>perl -MPOE -e "print $POE::VERSION"
0.15
C:\>
