I've been reading the perlthrtut and some of the stuff mentioned the in
bibliography... It occurs to me, with my limited brain cells, that if POE
Sessions were to support the same functionality as Threads.pm, then someone
could create a wrapper facade Thread::POE module. At which point the
powers-that-be would have the option of updating Thread.pm to use
Thread::POE when Perl wasn't compiled with $Config{usethreads}. It'd be
cooperative instead of preemptive multi-tasking... but it'd still be nice.

Now if only there were 48 hours in the day...
