Perl IRC bot on ipv6 network ?

Hi,

is there anyone who could tell me how to create an irc bot with perl, able to connect to IPv6 ircservers??

( preferrable with PoCo::IRC )

I know how to connect to normap ip4 networks.. but i want to 'port' my bot to be able to connect on the IPv6 network..
