This patch extensively documents streaming mode. It was also going to create a way of turning streaming off, via $response->streaming(0), but while writing the documentation I discovered $response->close(). Silly me.
Anyway, I have a server that does multipart/mixed. I hope to turn it into a test case soon. -Philip
