POE and Win32::SerialPort

Hi!
First: sorry for my English.:)

In POE_Cookbook/Serial_Ports we can see example that work with 
Device::SerialPort.
When i was try change it to Win32::SerialPort, script was die
"Can't locate object method "FILENO" via package "Win32::SerialPort" at 
C:/Perl/site/lib/POE/Resource/FileHandles.pm line 294."

How do it work?

Or maybe use another way?
