I thought it was already here.  This having two of everything is driving me
nuts.  I thought Sam said he'd gotten the site to copy over at midnight
pacific...it doesn't appear to have worked or I misunderstood what he said.

I think we should just go ahead and put the new site up on sourceforge. 
Lets also plan to release there for the moment.  

When I get back I'll put the new pages up on sourceforge, we can then talk
about a release.  So rather than have two of everything except a website the
project will be divided up as follows

Sourceforge         Jakarta
---------------------------------
Web page            cvs
file releases       mailing lists

I'll commit patches for jakarta-site2 (I have access to that) to link to the
sourceforge hosted project pages until someone with sufficient access can
copy the pages over to www or something.  

I really don't want to stall the project further.  I'd also like people to
start using the lists...but few people want to subscribe to all 4.
